About The Role:
Offsite (offsite.com) is Airbnb for team retreats, offering a marketplace to easily book vendors for team retreats, offsites, and conferences.
We also offer end to end, “done for you” offsite planning services.
Used by hundreds of VC backed startups, Fortune 1000s and other high-growth “mid market” companies like Remote, HubSpot, Perplexity, Guild, and Trust&Will among others, Offsite is already a marketplace that has facilitated tens of millions of dollars in spend on offsites, with thousands of users, and the potential to become a category-defining brand.
Offsite is looking for a Growth Marketer who will:
- BE AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR AND “DO THE WORK” THEMSELVES (as opposed to solely relying on contractors, hiring a team under you, or pushing work to other teams)
- drive thousands of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per year (in 2025/2026) and
- scale successful marketing channels to drive tens of thousands of new users and MQLs per year to the Offsite marketplace by end of 2026, going into 2027,
- successfully manage $100k-$150k in marketing spend per quarter to drive enough leads to which we can sell effectively and hit our overall revenue goals,
- closely collaborate with and support other teams (like making case studies and improvements to our Webflow-hosted marketing website to assist Sales, creating support tickets and offering new feature ideas to aid Product/Engineering, creating assets and workflows that save time and build credibility for our Client Success team, and so forth)
- create marketing funnels within HubSpot and evolve our CRM into a money-making, lead-nurturing machine.
- manage a handful of contractors, agencies, and freelancers in order to “do more with less” and hit aggressive growth targets while staying capital efficient
- develop AI tools, AI agents, and other tech-enabled workflows that make automate away parts of your work so that you can increasingly focus on more strategic decisions
- and ultimately build Offsite into a category-defining brand (ie “Ramp or Brex” for finance, Duolingo for language learning, Airbnb or VRBO for unique travel experiences, etc).
